Yes! We can build on site or deliver anywhere in Georgia and surrounding states. We charge an onsite fee similar to a delivery fee. The onsite fee depends on location as does the delivery fee.

We do not do refunds or cancel bookings/give deposits back. All cage orders cannot be refunded, or deposits be sent back, due to booking dates and material being purchased when deposit is given. All orders can be transferred or rescheduled to a later date.

You can book by calling us to see which available dates we have available. Your deposit is 50% of the total including delivery or onsite. The rest of the total will be due upon delivery or when the job is finished.

YES!! Your land has to be 100% leveled and or graded for us to be able to work on site or in case of delivery, for your cage to be leveled and not crooked. When your land is unleveled you may not be able to open your cage's door and other issues may occur. 

If you do not have someone level for you or you don't level your land yourself, our fee to level can range from $600-$1000. We will level for you and provide pavers for extra protection and to make sure your cage is completely leveled. We will not be able to start unless you level or have us level.

All lumber that is not pressure treated NEEDS to be stained or painted. If not, it will be affected by weather and the sun and will not last as long as if it was stained or painted. We recommend EVEN pressure treated lumber to be stained or painted once the lumber dries 3-4 months after it gets built. Stain or paint prevents the lumber from being affected from harsh weather and will make your coop or enclosure last a lot longer.

ALL coops and enclosures have a 6-month warranty. This warranty should cover all defects in materials that arise separately from normal wear and tear. The warranty also should cover any defects in the outbuilding as a result of the workmanship. Pictures are required for whatever needs to be fixed. We will need to review the pictures and decide what options we have.
